Frozen Lemonade Pie

INGREDIENTS
2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Juice and zest from 1 lemon

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bake crust in oven for 8 to 10 minutes until light brown. Allow to cool.
In a large bowl, mix the ice cream, lemonade and whipped topping until creamy. Spread mixture into pie crusts, then place in freezer overnight or for several hours. Makes 8 servings.
