French Bread

1 1/2 cup water
2 tsp butter
4 cup flour
4 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 tsp yeast

Mix all ingredients together and mix 5-7 minutes. Shape into a log and place on a greased baking sheet and let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
